ESTUDO DA ATIVIDADE ANTI-BACTERIANA DO EXTRATO AQUOSO DE PARADICSOM PAPRIKA
Resumo
Os tratamentos empregados hoje pela medicina no tratamento antibacteriano são destituídos de toxicidade seletiva, provocando efeitos adversos graves como mielossupressão, a qual é um dos fatores limitantes da terapêutica. Atualmente, observa-se um aumento na busca por soluções na fitoterapia para o tratamento de diversas doenças, bem como, convalidações científicas das propriedades terapêuticas dos fitoterápicos que justifiquem seu uso popular. Diante disso, faz-se necessário investigar o potencial terapêutico da planta Paradicsompaprika classificada como Capsiucum annume L. var. grossum, além das suas propriedades antibacterianas.
